Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy

Agreement and orders

These terms govern WebKarvan services. By ordering, using or renewing a service, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

An order is accepted only after we confirm availability, scope, price and activation. First-term and renewal prices may differ and will be disclosed. Overdue services may be suspended after notice and any stated grace period.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, manage authorized users and credentials, keep your content and applications updated, hold required licenses, use services lawfully, maintain independent backups, and promptly notify us of suspected compromise.

Acceptable use

You must not use services for malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized access, attacks, spam, deception, illegal activity, intellectual-property infringement, abusive resource consumption, cryptomining, fraud, or activity that violates applicable law, registry rules or upstream-provider rules.

We may restrict or suspend a service to prevent harm, protect security, comply with law or safeguard shared infrastructure. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Resource limits

Each plan is subject to the published storage, bandwidth, account and control-panel limits. If usage affects platform stability, we may throttle, isolate or suspend the affected service and may recommend an upgrade or other remedy.

Domains

Domain registrant rights and obligations are subject to the relevant registrar, registry and ICANN rules. WebKarvan may act as a reseller or intermediary. A domain is not secured until registration is completed. You are responsible for accurate registrant data, renewal and transfer requirements.

Security, backups and migrations

Security, backup and migration services follow the scope of the selected plan. Backups are a recovery aid and are not a substitute for your own off-platform copies.

Availability and liability

We do not promise uninterrupted service unless a written service-level agreement says otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, WebKarvan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for an affected service will not exceed the fees paid for that service during the previous three months, except where limiting liability is unlawful.

Termination and disputes

Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy. Export your data before termination. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and Sindh. Contact support@webkarvan.com to resolve a concern. Mandatory court or consumer rights remain unchanged.
