Refund Policy
Eligibility, exclusions and processing rules for cancellation and refund requests.
Effective 18 September 2026
Seven-day hosting guarantee
First-time customers may request a refund of the base fee for a new shared-hosting service within seven calendar days after initial activation. The request must come from the account email and is available once per customer.
The guarantee excludes renewals, upgrades, custom work, policy violations and abuse.
Non-refundable items
Domain registration, renewal, transfer, redemption and premium-domain costs are non-refundable once submitted. SSL certificates, licenses, setup work, migrations, third-party fees, payment costs and taxes are non-refundable once incurred or delivered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Bundled domains
If a package includes a domain, its normal registration cost and any provider charges will be deducted from an approved refund. The customer retains the domain subject to registrar and registry rules.
Refund processing
Approved refunds cover eligible amounts after deducting non-refundable costs and delivered work. We will use the original payment method where possible. A manual wallet or bank refund requires a verified account and usually takes 7–14 business days, subject to the payment provider.
Cancellation and renewal
Cancellation stops future renewal and does not automatically refund the current service term. Submit cancellation before the renewal date and export your data before the service ends.
Duplicate or failed payments
Report duplicate or failed payments with the transaction reference and non-sensitive proof. Never send a PIN, OTP, complete card number or banking password.
Request a review
Email support@webkarvan.com from the account email and include the invoice, affected service and requested action. Nothing in this policy removes remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
